- Reservation has to be made through Savoy Group official website
- The lower rate is applicable on the same room type with same booking days and same length of stay
- Rate comparisons are inclusive of taxes, service charges, or any other fees and incidental charges. Any free or discounted services offered as part of the Lower Rate will be excluded from the rate comparison, and will not be taken into consideration when matching the lower Rate.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through Savoygroup-sharm.com
- For a claim to be eligible under the Best Rate Guarantee, our web claim form has to be completed
- The claim must be submitted no more than 24 hours after making a reservation , and at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time.
- The claim will be processed within 24 hours after submission.
- Savoy Group has the the right to deny a claim, if it cannot verify the availability of a Lower Rate at the time it processes the claim. The Lower Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised or inquiry only rates do not qualify.
