Opening Hours
From 8.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m.
Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by dialing 8287 for Savoy or 8475
for Sierra or by visiting our Spa at your convenience.
Cancellation
We request that all guests reserving the Spa treatments extend a courteous
12-hours cancellation notice to change or cancel any appointment. If less than
12-hours notice is given, a 50 percent service charge will be applied .
Children
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to experience a Spa treatment and to
access to the gym. Guests between ages of 16 to 18 will be allowed only under
parental responsibility.
Fitness Room
Fitness room equipment has to be used with proper sport trainers\ T-shirt and
sport shoes only.
Privacy for other Spa Guests
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility, so please respect the
rights to peace and privacy for other Spa guests.
Please do not use the fitness area, Sauna, Steam and
Jacuzzi if you:
- Suffer from heart disease or circulatory problems.
- Suffer from an illness causing an inability to perspire.
- Are taking anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstriction, vasodilators,
stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, or tranquilizers or other medications.
- Have consumed alcohol within one and half hours.
- Are feeling unwell and suffering from any medical condition.
- Suffer from infectious skin disease, sores or wounds.
Pregnant guests should avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy
treatments involving heat. Please inform your therapist of your condition
before your treatment.
