| Ras Mohammed National Park: |
| The Ras Mohammed National Park occupies a total of 480 sq km of land and
sea, including the desert in and around the Ras (or peninsula), Tiran Island
and the shorelines between Sharm El Sheikh harbour and Nabq Protectorate. An
overland trip to Ras Mohammed National Park is highly recommended. This trip
begins with the 'mangroves' and carries on to visit several of the most
beautiful sites in the South Sinai. The opportunity to indulge in a refreshing
swim or snorkeling ends the day. |
