 The "Hot Rock dining and ball room dancing" brings a
unique and exciting new concept to sharm. A piece of volcanic rock that has
been heated for several hours is brought to your table. You then have the
choice to cook your own dishes from a choice of the freshest cuts of meat and
fish, such as Australian loin of lamb, Black Angus beef ribs, Cajun salmon
steaks and pesto crusted tuna steaks.
Hot rock is a very relaxed and sociable way to eat; the whole method of dining
becomes more leisurely and slower. During the evening classical Latino music is
played, allowing the guests to dance, as they wish. After 11pm the music
becomes more upbeat, playing salsa and more contemporary Latin rhythms.
